| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | Objetivo: Realizar uma revisão sistemática dos últimos estudos sobre desmame precoce na Biblioteca Digital Brasileira de Teses e Dissertações (BDBTD) visando identificar fatores que levam à interrupção precoce do aleitamento materno. Métodos: Foram utilizadas as ferramentas de busca avançada da BDBTD, refinando as ocorrências das palavras-chave “desmame precoce” apenas no título de cada trabalho. O período temporal considerado foi de 2015 a 2020. Resultados: Foram localizadas três teses de doutorado e nove dissertações de mestrado. Após a primeira análise foram excluídos nove trabalhos por não terem sido realizados com seres humanos, restando assim quatro trabalhos que satisfizeram os critérios de inclusão, considerando o objetivo deste estudo. A análise indicou vinte e seis fatores principais os quais foram reunidos sob três grupos: fatores relacionados à mãe, fatores relacionados ao bebê, e fatores relacionados ao grupo de apoio. Considerações Finais: A revisão atingiu os objetivos respondendo ao problema de pesquisa e pode ser útil na realização de investigações posteriores. |
| Abstract: | Objective: To carry out a systematic review of the latest studies on early weaning in the Brazilian Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations aiming to identify factors that lead to the early interruption of breastfeeding. Methods: The advanced BDBTD search, refining the occurrences of the keywords “early weaning” only in the title of each work. The time period considered was from 2015 to 2020. Results: Three doctoral theses and nine master's dissertations were found. After the first analysis, mini studies were excluded because they were not performed whit human beings, that leaving four studies that met the inclusion criteria, considering the objectives of this sdudy. The analysis indicated twenty-six main factors which were brought together under three groups: factors related to the mother, factors related to the baby, and factors related to the support group. Final Considerations: The review achieved the objectives responding to the research problem and can be useful in conducting further investigations. |
