Desempenho de cultivares de soja em diferentes tipos de solos na Amazônia ocidental

Abstract

The cultivation of soy (Glycine max (L) Merril), among legumes, has great economic impact worldwide due to its chemical characteristics and also because it can be grown in almost all regions of the globe, making the soy complex the main chain agribusiness (Embrapa, 2014). The objective of this work was to evaluate the performance of soybean cultivars in different types of soil in western Amazonia. The research was carried out under conditions in the municipality of Humaitá, AM, through the experiment in greenhouse conditions, in a completely randomized experimental design (DIC), with five replications arranged in a 6x2 factorial with six types of soil (red soil I; soils black and red II, black soil III, black and yellow soil IV, black soil V) and with two soybean cultivars, AS 3850 IPRO and MSOY 8644 IPRO. The variables were evaluated and the Tukey test, at 5% probability, was used to test the interaction between cultivars and soil types. From the results obtained, it can be concluded that for the cultivars evaluated MSOY 8644 IPRO AND AS 3850 IPRO at plant height (AP), stem diameter (DC), number of nodes (NN), number of stems (NH), height of the first pod (APV) and dry mass of the aerial part (MSPA) did not obtain statistically differences, the cultivar MSOY 8644 IPRO had the highest average number of pods (NV), highest average number of grains per pod (NGV), for the red black soil of Humaitá-AM, the highest average for height of the first pod (APV), total grain mass per plant (MTGP) and productivity (P) was to cultivate AS 3850 IPRO for the black soil of Humaitá-AM.
