Educação em Urucará: vivências, aprendizagens reflexivas no contexto escolar

Abstract

This course conclusion work aims to report my school, academic and professional life in trajectory in teaching during the Pedagogy course at PARFOR/ UFAM in Urucará. Showing the relevance and impacts of Early Years and Educational Management throughout the trajectory and the of Elementary Education and School Management. Subsequently, I highlight the relevance and impact of the internships carried out in the areas of Early Childhood Education, Early Years and Educational Management throughout the trajectory of training as a pedagogue. Initially, I share the enriching experiences lived during the internship in Early Childhood Education, where I was able to observe and work with the children in their learning and development processes. I describe the pedagogical strategies used. the challenges faced and the reflections generated from this experience, highlighting the importance of sensitivity, creativity and affection in working with children Next, I address the internship in the Early Years of Elementary School, highlighting the transition to a new educational context and the necessary adaptations to understand the specific demands of this school stage. I comment on the elaboration of lesson plans, the interaction with the students, the relationship with the school community and the learning acquired during this period, emphasizing the importance of planning, didactics and evaluation in the teaching learning process. Finally, I report my experience in the internship in Educational Management, where I was able to get to know closely the administrative and pedagogical practices that involve the management of an educational institution. I discuss school organization, teamwork, conflict resolution and the challenges faced by educational managers. emphasizing the importance of democratic leadership, effective communication, and strategic vision in promoting quality education. By interacting these experiences of internships in different areas of Education such as: Early Childhood Education, Early Years and Management - in my final course work, I seek to highlight my professional growth, the skills developed and the significant learnings that contributed to my training as a pedagogue committed to an inclusive education.
