Gestão e desenvolvimento de projetos hidrossanitários com aplicação de BIM: estudo de caso na TECPRO Projetos e Construções LTDA

Abstract

This work presents the activities developed during the supervised internship, a mandatory course in the Civil Engineering curriculum at UFAM, in the hydrosanitary area, carried out at TECPRO Projetos e Construções LTDA, a company specialized in engineering projects, building systems, foundations, structures, management, and consultancy, operating based on the BIM methodology. The activities involved the use of software such as Autodesk Revit and plugins like ProSheets and DerivaBIM for modeling, detailing, and issuing technical documents for hydrosanitary installation projects, including cold water, hot water, sanitary sewage, and stormwater drainage systems for residential, commercial, and industrial executive projects. The internship included project review, compatibility adjustments, material list generation, and project organization on digital platforms such as Google Drive and OneDrive. Task management was carried out with the aid of the Asana software. The practices were supervised by Civil Engineer Ian Reis Pezos and involved relevant projects such as "Hotel Tucumã - Itapiranga" and "Lumi Vieiralves," highlighting the application of technical standards and organizational methodologies to ensure the quality and efficiency of the services provided.
