Acidentes de trabalho e sua caracterização no âmbito do teletrabalho

Abstract

This work addressed work accidents and their characterization in the context of teleworking, with the objective of analyzing the new labor relations that emerged with teleworking and analyzing them in light of the federal constitution and the CLT, to verify the conditions of their receptivity in the Brazilian legal system. The methodology used in this research was the deductive method; As for the means, bibliographical research was used and as for the purpose, we sought to obtain a qualitative result. Work accidents in the context of teleworking reveal a complex reality, as they demonstrate the need to reformulate worker safety standards, as a result of the growing adoption of teleworking in Brazil and around the world.
