Levonorgestrel como contraceptivo de emergência e suas características farmacológicas: uma proposta de gamificação para orientação farmacêutica

Abstract

The present study aimed at the development and structuring of the serious card game named "72h", focused on teaching and improving pharmaceutical guidance regarding the use of levonorgestrel as Emergency Contraception. The proposal was based on the FCECF methodology and the MDA framework, seeking to facilitate active learning and clinical reasoning. The game is intended for Pharmacy students who are currently taking or have already completed the Pharmacology course. The development process followed the steps of foundation, conceptualization, structuring, construction, and finalization, resulting in educational material composed of central cards, true cards, myth cards, and action cards, in addition to the instruction manual. lthough the study is limited to the presentation of the proposal, the game demonstrates significant pedagogical potential for health education. Future studies will be necessary to validate its effectiveness, usability, and real impact on the teaching-learning process.
