metadata.dc.description.resumo: O Estágio Supervisionado I foi desenvolvido na Escola Municipal Cosme Jean, localizada no município de Benjamin Constant, Amazonas, com os objetivos de observar as práticas pedagógicas desenvolvidas pelos professores, as condições físicas e organizacionais da instituição e as relações estabelecidas entre os diferentes sujeitos da comunidade escolar, buscando refletir sobre os aspectos que influenciam a qualidade do processo de ensino e aprendizagem e a formação docente. A pesquisa adotou abordagem qualitativa, utilizando a observação não participante como principal procedimento metodológico, realizada entre os meses de maio de 2026 nas turmas do 8º e 9º ano do Ensino Fundamental II. Os resultados evidenciaram predominância de aulas expositivas e atividades escritas, além de maior participação dos estudantes em atividades avaliativas e colaborativas. Verificou-se que a escola dispõe de infraestrutura adequada ao funcionamento em tempo integral, embora alguns espaços apresentem potencial para melhor aproveitamento em atividades de educação ambiental. Também foram observados desafios relacionados à indisciplina, ao bullying e às vulnerabilidades sociais que influenciam a permanência e o desempenho escolar. Conclui-se que o estágio possibilitou uma compreensão crítica da realidade educacional, reforçando a importância de práticas pedagógicas diversificadas e de um ambiente escolar inclusivo para favorecer o processo de ensino e aprendizagem.
Abstract: Supervised Internship I was carried out at Cosme Jean Municipal School, located in the municipality of Benjamin Constant, Amazonas, with the aim of observing the pedagogical practices developed by teachers, the physical and organizational conditions of the institution, and the relationships established among the different members of the school community, seeking to reflect on the aspects that influence the quality of the teaching and learning process and teacher training. The research adopted a qualitative approach, using non-participant observation as the main methodological procedure, conducted in May 2026 with 8th and 9th- grade classes of Elementary School II. The results showed a predominance of expository classes and written activities, as well as greater student participation in assessment and collaborative activities. It was found that the school has adequate infrastructure for full-time operation, although some spaces have potential for better use in environmental education activities. Challenges related to indiscipline, bullying, and social vulnerabilities that influence school attendance and academic performance were also observed. It is concluded that the internship enabled a critical understanding of the educational reality, reinforcing the importance of diversified pedagogical practices and an inclusive school environment to promote the teaching and learning process.
