| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | O presente artigo busca compreender a base teórica que fundamenta a proposta de homeschooling enquanto conceito traduzido para o modelo de ensino domiciliar. Atualmente a prática não é permitida por violar a obrigatoriedade da frequência escolar estabelecida pela Constituição Federal de 1988 e pela Lei de Diretrizes e Bases da Educação Nacional (LDBEN) – Lei nº 9.394/1996. O estudo possui como objetivo geral compreender os fundamentos e os interesses em disputa que colocam na pauta da agenda política o ensino domiciliar desde a década de 1990, com ênfase na sua aceitação e defesa no contexto atual de aporte das políticas neoliberais. |
| Abstract: | This article aims to comprehend the theoretical basis that supports the proposal of homeschooling as a concept translated into the home-based education model. At the moment the practice is not allowed for violating the obligation of school attendance established by the Federal Constitution of 1988 and the Law of Guidelines and Bases of National Education (LDBEN) – Law nº 9.394/1996. The study has the general objective to understand the fundamentals and interests in dispute that put home education on the political agenda since the 1990’s, with emphasis on its acceptance and defense in the current context of contribution to neoliberal policies. |
